I consult on deception and human lie detection, this includes, Body Language, Micro Expressions, Voice Analysis and Investigative Interviewing. I use all these techniques at interviews for senior positions, to assist companies in detecting any forms of deception or misleading information the candidates are giving about previous roles, salaries or qualifications in interviews, I also consult on conflict resolution, negotiating and deceptive activities which leads to disciplinary action.
A recent survey from CV-library, revealed that a staggering 92.5% of candidates have got away with lying on their CV. What’s more, nearly three quarters (71.6%) of those said that they got the job as a result.
